When you need a custom system

Off-the-shelf CRMs work well as long as your company’s processes fit their templates. Once you need custom deal stages, unconventional inventory workflows, company-specific incentive calculations, or document approval workflows, you start fighting settings, integrations, and plan limits. At that point, a custom system becomes more cost-effective: it does exactly what you need and grows with your business.

We’ve been building these systems since 2011—from our first inventory management application in Delphi to enterprise solutions with role-based access, document management, and analytics across multiple services.

What we’ve built

  • A lightweight CRM for handling incoming requests—assignment, status tracking, and notifications.
  • A CRM for a construction company—tracking supplies, tools, write-offs, and repairs.
  • Employee incentive platforms i-motivate.ru and vpodarok.ru/bonus—company admin panels, sales data uploads, points allocation, personal income tax handling, training and assessments, and cash withdrawals.
  • A document management system for senior executives—folders, documents, comments, flexible sharing permissions, and Elasticsearch-powered search.
  • A single sign-on service—centralized authentication and roles across a company’s services.
  • An employee portal for a logistics company—shipment tracking and document workflows.

What’s included

  • Process analysis. We document how work is done today, where time is lost, and what the system needs to change. The deliverables are a technical specification and screen prototypes.
  • Roles and security. Permissions by department and job role, an audit log, two-factor authentication, and data access controls.
  • Integrations. 1C and accounting systems, telephony, messaging platforms and email, payment systems, and the company’s websites and online stores.
  • Reports and dashboards. Ready-to-use reports tailored to each role, Excel exports, and BI integrations where needed—we’ve worked with Tableau.
  • Rollout. Historical data imports, employee training, and a phased transition without interrupting operations.

Timelines and costs

A small CRM for a single department can be delivered in as little as 1–2 months. An enterprise system with multiple modules and integrations typically takes six months or more. We roll it out module by module so the company starts seeing value within the first few weeks. After analysing your processes, we prepare a cost estimate broken down by phase.

Frequently asked questions
