Good code on poor infrastructure behaves like bad code: manual weekend releases, crashes under load, and lost backups. We set up your environment so deployment becomes routine rather than a high-risk operation, and your team learns about problems from alerts—not from customers.

We’ve managed infrastructure for all our projects since 2016—initially with Jenkins, and now with GitLab CI, Grafana, and Loki. Our busiest systems process API client transactions and payments across multiple services.

What we configure

• Servers. Debian, Nginx, PHP-FPM, MariaDB/PostgreSQL, Redis, and RabbitMQ; separate dev, staging, and production environments; dedicated and cloud servers, including Yandex Cloud.
• CI/CD. GitLab CI pipelines with tests, static analysis, frontend builds, zero-downtime deployments, and one-minute rollbacks. Docker where it makes life easier—not more complicated.
• Monitoring and logs. Grafana dashboards for server health and business metrics, Loki for logs, and alerts via Telegram and email.
• Backups. Regular database and file backups with verified restoration—a backup that has never been restored doesn’t count.
• Security. TLS, firewalls, updates, key-based access, separate user accounts, and dependency audits.
• Performance. Caching, queues, indexes, query profiling, and a CDN for static assets.
