Personal data processing policy

1. General

This Policy sets out how ООО «ЯровитПлюс» (Tax ID 591038946, Республика Беларусь, Гродно, ул. 1 Мая, 19, этаж 5; hereinafter the “Operator”) processes and protects personal data received from visitors of the website jarovit.org (hereinafter the “Website”).

The Policy is drawn up in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Belarus No. 99-Z of 7 May 2021 “On Personal Data Protection” and other applicable legislation of the Republic of Belarus.

2. Data we process

The Operator processes only the data you provide yourself in the request form on the Website:

  • name;
  • email address;
  • phone number (optional);
  • company name (optional);
  • the content of your project message.

The Website does not require registration and does not collect special categories of personal data. Technical data (IP address, browser type, time of access) may be recorded in server logs to keep the Website operational and secure.

3. Purposes and legal basis

Personal data is processed in order to:

  • review your request and contact you using the details provided;
  • prepare a commercial proposal and conclude a contract;
  • keep records of enquiries.

The legal basis is your consent (Article 5 of Law No. 99-Z), given by ticking the corresponding box when submitting the form, as well as the need to take steps at your request to conclude and perform a contract.

4. Processing operations and retention

The Operator collects, organises, stores, uses, anonymises, blocks and deletes personal data. Data is kept until the purposes of processing are achieved, but no longer than three years from the last enquiry, or until consent is withdrawn, unless a different retention period is required by law.

5. Disclosure to third parties

Personal data is not disclosed to third parties except where required by law. To deliver notifications of new requests the Operator uses Telegram; only the data entered in the form is transferred and it is processed by the Operator’s authorised staff.

6. Your rights

Under Article 14 of Law No. 99-Z you have the right to:

  • withdraw your consent to processing at any time;
  • obtain information about which of your data is processed and on what basis;
  • request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data;
  • request that processing be stopped and the data deleted;
  • appeal the Operator’s actions to the authorised personal data protection body.

To exercise your rights, send a request to info@jarovit.org or by post to the Operator’s address. A reply is provided within the period set by law.

7. Cookies

The Website uses technically necessary cookies (form protection against request forgery, remembering the chosen language) and web analytics counters (Yandex Metrica, Google Analytics) to measure traffic. Analytics data is anonymised.

8. Data protection

The Operator applies legal, organisational and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction: encrypted transfer, restricted staff access and access logging.

9. Changes to the Policy

The Operator may amend this Policy. The current version is always available on this page. Continued use of the Website after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
