Admin panels for legal entities, loading sales, accrual of points, personal income tax, training and testing, withdrawal of funds to cards and phones.
Companies needed a tool to motivate employees and partners: to award points for sales and training, to give them the opportunity to exchange them for rewards and at the same time correctly account for personal income tax. Ready-made solutions did not cover the requirements for documents and integrations.
During the year, we developed a B2B platform with three contours: the legal entity admin panel (loading sales, accrual rules, reports), the superadmin and the client part for participants. Inside there is training and testing, a showcase of rewards, withdrawal of funds to cards and phones, calculation and confirmation of personal income tax.
Stack — Laravel, Vue.js and Nuxt.js, MariaDB, RabbitMQ and Redis for charges and notifications, WebSockets for transaction statuses. Later, the platform's API was moved to a separate service for uploading sales and withdrawing funds.
The platform has been operating for more than five years and has become one of the key B2B products of the customer. We continue to develop it: new accrual mechanics, integration with customers' CRM, API for partners.
